In the first two weeks, we start from the basics and teach you everything you need to learn about the fundamentals of CRM Analytics. All functionality that is available point-and-click will be discussed starting from datasets and ending at dashboards.
SAQL is the coding language used to build advanced dashboards in CRM Analytics. The next two weeks focus on transitioning from point-and-click into SAQL to develop more advanced views.
Once we understand how to use SAQL to create charts and tables, we will use this knowledge to build interactive dashboards.You will be able to allow users to manipulate the dashboard based on their personal preferences.
